Who is responsible
Maria Panopoulou, an actor, director, musician and theatre educator based in Athens, Greece, is responsible for this site and for any personal data it handles. You can reach her at the email address on every page.
What this site collects
Nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels, and nothing is stored in your browser.
The typeface, the icons and every photo come from this site itself, so opening a page sends nothing to any other company.
Hosting
The pages are delivered by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) from servers in Europe. To send you a page, its servers have to see your IP address and the kind of browser you use at that moment. Visitor logging is turned off, so none of this is stored.
Videos
The videos are on YouTube, run by Google (USA). Until you press play, nothing is loaded from YouTube.
When you press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and Google receives your IP address and browser details, which may go to servers outside Europe. Google takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission accepts as protecting personal data sent to the USA. Google's privacy policy applies from that moment.
When you write to Maria
Your email reaches her Gmail mailbox, run by Google (USA). Google takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission accepts as protecting personal data sent to the USA. She uses it only to reply to you, and keeps it only as long as your conversation needs.
The legal basis is her legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) or, when you are planning to work together, the steps before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
Links to other sites
Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify and YouTube take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing from them loads here unless you follow a link.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what is kept about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask for a copy, and restrict or object to how it is used. Write to Maria and she will answer within one month, as the law asks.
You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
